Regarding Participation

1. The event is free & open to all age groups/professions for participation. However, to be eligible for the various prizes, the participant must be currently enrolled in the university/school for the academic year of 2021
2. Although we encourage participation from all, any personnel/staff/employee/fellows associated with TinkerHub, Mon.School, ClusterDev, ATFG shall not be considered for the prizes
3. Participants are not allowed to have multiple submission entries for the contest. We strongly discourage you from doing the same.
4. If any entry/account/person is found to have resorted to any sort of malpractices, the same would be made ineligible/disqualified from the contest
5. Code submissions in media formats such as PNG,SVG etc will not be considered

Submission Details

The participants may submit their design entry for Code-a-Pookkalam design anytime before August 17th, 2021, 11:59 PM

Design & Code Consideration

• Intellectual Property Rights
  1. The TinkerHub Foundation, ClusterDev, and Mon school have the authority to showcase the submitted entries/content/design in public view whether alone or in combination with other materials
  2. The winners shall be required to submit their student identity card as proof of enrolment in a university/school
  3. No plagiarism shall be entertained

We encourage participants to share the designs on all public social/media platforms. However, publishing the source code in the public platform/forums/groups that have come to our notice or reported shall not be considered thereafter for the prizes

Selection Process

• The winning entry shall be considered and selected by the jury based on the merit
• TinkerHub management team shall be responsible and hold a final say in all aspects of the Contest. The management team's decision of Code-a-Pookkalam for selecting the winner shall be treated as final & binding to all the participants.
• If the winners fail to produce the proof of enrolment ID card, the selection will be deemed invalid. A new selection for the prize will take place.
• The various prizes shall be allocated based on the criteria mentioned here: prize distribution
